Ever since launching my first plugin, I wanted to provide top-notch support. If you purchase something from me, I want to do everything reasonably possible to make sure we both feel good about that purchase.
Recently though, I haven’t been able to build nearly as many plugins because so much of my time has been spent answering support tickets. I knew that I needed to hire someone to help me ensure that you can still get top-notch support and I can keep building more plugins for you.
So, I want to introduce you to Abi Bacon, my new customer support specialist.
Abi has built and supported over 200 Squarespace websites, and is quite proficient in code. I’ll still be helping out with some of the support tickets, but she’ll be handling a lot of them. Please welcome her into your inbox next time you submit a support ticket!
