Upcoming Webinar and Back-To-Top Buttons

MAY 16, 2022

Hey friend,

Hope you all have been enjoying the beginning of Summer weather, or Winter weather to my south-of-the-equator friends!

A few fun announcements.

  1. Webinar - I’m going to be joining Christy Price tomorrow in an Ask Me Anything webinar. Register today, there will be a replay available if you can’t make it. You don’t have to have a specific question, you can just come hang out and join the conversation around Squarespace, coding, and small business.

  2. ‘Back To Top’ Button Builder - I’ve just launched a tool that helps you create a back to top button for your website. It’s totally free and simple to use.

  3. I’m Hiring - I’m looking to hire a part-time team member who can help me provide stellar support to all of you Squarespace-rs.

Keep building,
Will

I’M HIRING

Will-Myers is growing. Not only did I gain about 10 pounds a few weeks ago during our vacation (sad), I’m looking to hire someone (yay).

My business has grown a good amount over the last couple of years, and thankfully I’ve continued to fall more in love with the work I do. However, I’m spending about 20% to 25% of my work week focused on answering support tickets, and I’m finding it harder and harder to keep up with them AND work on all the new products and courses that I want to make for y’all.

Offering high-quality, individualized support to my customers is not something that scales super well, but it’s important for me and the business that I want to build.

I’m looking to hire a part-time contractor, primarily to help organize and answer support tickets, with the possibility of growing into a full-time position depending on how the role evolves. Ideally, this individual would have a basic understanding of HTML, CSS and Javascript or at least a demonstrated desire to learn more (I do love teaching after all!).

I’ll be sharing the link to the job posting when it comes out in about a week or so. If you know of anyone who is interested, I’d appreciate you forwarding it along.
